Processing time

Shipping from Australia

We ship the same business day if ordered before noon (Adelaide, AU time) or the next business day if the order is placed after 1pm, Adelaide time. If ordered during weekends or public holidays, we ship the first business day coming.

Print on demand

Decks printed on demand are ordered in the same business day. We use Makeplayingcards MPC printing company in China. The processing time (time to enter the production line) usually the next business day, printing 1-7 days, shipping 7-28 days depending on the destination.


We arrange pre-orders to raise funds for printing. This means that the actual product is not available yet. If the product is marked as “PRE-ORDER”, please, expect a delay in shipment. Usually, the estimated shipping date  is stated in the listing. While we cannot guaranty the meeting of deadlines, we do our best to keep the schedule and ship pre-orders in time. Please subscribe to our mailing list or visit our Facebook Page to keep the track of the progress of the deck you pre-ordered.


Estimated shipping times:
Australia: 3-7 business days
North America: 1-4 weeks
Europe: 2-5 weeks
Asia Pacific: 2-4 weeks

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. We ship by Australian Post  – Air mail, tracked. You will be advised about your tracking number. The Australian Post will send your parcel progress by email.

The decks shipped from China are NOT tracked. If there is a problem with your parcel, please contact us by email (


All payments are made via Paypal. We do not have an excess to your personal data hold by Paypal.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refunds and Returns

Cancellations are accepted only if the order is not shipped yet. For downloads and digital products, due to the nature of the product, cancellations and refunds are not  accepted.

We do not accept returns if you changed your mind or don’t like the product. If there is a problem with a product (damaged during shipment, wrong product, or manufacturer defects), please contact us to arrange replacement.
